My First Blog!

If you are reading this then WELCOME!! Welcome to the start of the new Era of my life. If you’d like to know more about me then please check out the “About Me” section. But in a nutshell, I'm a 41 year old who discovered a passion for reading last year. It provided an escape for me when my mind was in turmoil. Rather than spiralling out of control in a bog of anxiety and depression, I spiralled into the world of storytelling.

The passion has quickly turned into something much more which is why I created ReadingEraByEmma. It’s a passion project, one unlike I've ever attempted before. I’ve never really wanted to be part of a community before but here I am! Creating my own little space in this massive ocean full of book lovers.

As someone who only started reading last year, I have A LOT of catching up to do! I have a TBR as wide as it is tall so I need to get cracking!

I aim to write a new blog 2-3 times a week. I’m still figuring that side of this out! So please bare with me, I am knew to all of this!
