Atmosphere by Taylor Jenkins Reid

Well, I’m on edge! In the best way possible. Atmosphere is part space disaster, part slow-burn romance & packed with every tension filled moment you could imagine. We follow Joan Goodwin as she navigates gruelling NASA training, annoying office politics, and the teeny-tiny problem of falling for her brilliant colleague Vanessa, all while trying not to get obliterated in orbit.

The book kicks off with the actual shuttle mission & things are, shall we say, not going well. Joan and Vanessa’s love simmers under serious cosmic pressure…literally, & every heart stopping moment feels incredibly real. Meanwhile, Joan’s quietly heroic choice to take custody of her niece adds a whole new layer to her character, making the drama even more gut-wrenching.

This book nails tension, character, and romance, and I could not put it down!
